The Train to Dominate program is the highest-performance tier in our entire system — a fully immersive, elite-level environment built for serious athletes preparing for junior, collegiate, or professional hockey. If you’re training at this level, it’s because you already compete at a high standard, or you’re about to. This 16-week experience is designed to raise your ceiling before camp and help you outperform your previous best in every measurable way.
This program is a fully integrated, individualized performance system engineered to maximize every physical quality that matters in hockey. Athletes undergo comprehensive testing throughout the program, full body composition evaluations, movement and physical capacity assessments, and on-ice performance testing. Every athlete receives a 100% individualized strength and conditioning plan, weekly KPI monitoring, certified holistic nutrition meal plans, mental performance consulting, a complete shooting and stickhandling system, personalized mobility and stability training, and access to chiropractic and physiotherapy services. Daily mentorship, support, and accountability reinforce every step. Optional on-ice sessions are available for those seeking even deeper integration. Every component exists for one purpose: to help you beat who you were yesterday, so you can dominate tomorrow.

This is the pro experience — the environment where development becomes truly elite. Athletes entering this phase are already physically literate, structurally balanced, resilient, and strong. The focus now shifts toward maximizing power, speed, and on-ice dominance. The training environment is intentionally competitive, accountable, and built on a high standard where A-players train with A-players. Commitment is non-negotiable; athletes are held accountable. One uncommitted athlete can hold back the entire room — and we protect the standard at all costs.
Our long-term philosophy is simple: we aren’t here to make you better just for today — we’re here to raise your long-term performance ceiling. The program follows the proven principles of Long-Term Athletic Development: build the foundation, add strength, add power, add speed, then peak.! Elite speed starts off the ice. Top athletes take at least two months away from hockey each off‑season because you simply can’t maximize strength, power, or speed while grinding on the ice year‑round. It’s counterintuitive — but true: staying on the ice nonstop can actually make you slower.
We’ve stayed away from specialization until we reach this level of training, if the athlete is ready of course! Since day 1, our goal hasn’t been to produce the best nine year old but rather the best eighteen year old and beyond . We're here to unlock the athlete you can be at eighteen and beyond. This is where ceilings rise, performance peaks, and long‑term potential becomes real.
